Pretty full on, but had plenty of support from trainers. Went at my own pace... 'Slower than everyone else lol!'

Great workouts! Very friendly and professional staff who know how to push you to achieve your fitness goals. Geoff the owner is a lovely man who loves to get involved and personable. They are very motivating and would highly recommend this place for anyone interested.
