F45 Hastings has a great welcoming atmosphere.  Have been going for 18 months and love the variety of workouts and challenges to keep me motivated.  Coaches are very attentive and have helped out a lot with my form and adapting exercises to suit when injured.  Have never been able to stick to regular gym exercise before but this is so fun and challenging, really miss it when I have to have a day off!

Thank you F45 Hastings for always going above and beyond. Before joining I was apprehensive, but it’s such a welcoming environment where you can focus on yourself and feel comfortable. All the coaches are awesome, they’re supportive and keep you accountable with regular check ins - which is what I need : The challenges are brilliant for pushing yourself and getting the results you want!  Happy 6 months at F45 for me!

I’ve been a member for 2 years now after never really being a gym person. Fantastic team, a really well rounded and safely delivered programme that has worked so well for me - fittest I have been since my 20s. Fun, welcoming, challenging and really inclusive community. Genuinely life changing!

I have been going to F45 for just over 12 months. First month to be honest was tough for me. Out of shape, overweight and no MOJO... I gave the 7-day trial a go. What did I have to lose? It hurt, it really hurt. After some encouragement from Ryan one of the owners of F45 Hastings. What struck a cord was our discussion around keeping up with our kids, and our grandkids. Having them trying to keep up with us. That was it!! Fast forward to right now!! the functional format and workout really encourages full body movement and really no place to hide!! With Rach and Ryan's team of champion instructors to support your time in class, every session is fun and at times insane!! If you been thinking about it and see the door open on Karamu road...pop in!! There is always a friendly face at Sting City's F45 community.... I could not recommend this gym enough to anyone....

I visited this F45 I’m a Hutt City member while I was staying with friends in Hastings. Went to a class and it was an absolute KILLER!! Highly recommend and super welcoming!

After losing my MOJO to workout I found F45.  I just have to turn up and the friendly trainers and awesome people have made working out fun again.

I was visiting the Hawkes Bay for the weekend so went along to F45 in Hastings. Ryan and his team were super welcoming and I had a great workout. Would recommend to any F45ers or people interested in joining. Thanks for having me Hastings!

The trainers are amazing, so helpful and really help you feel Motivated to keep going. I felt so welcomed and everyone there is so friendly and kind. Def recommend
