I think I did visit all gyms in Hastings before choosing this one, the equipment might not be the newest but they have a wide range for about any workout you can think of, plus rock climb and sauna. What it did attract me was the atmosphere, instead of being one big room full of machines and loud music, the place feels somewhat cozy and seeing people of different ages and fitness levels made it less intimidating. Staff is absolutely great and friendly, I didn't go for personal training but saw how they coached others and they really do a good job. I would highly recommend it!
Epic gym. Small Boulder section. 110 degree sauna. All the equipment you'd ever want to get into it.
I've been going to this gym for 5years now. I love that I'm supporting a local family business. I love the variety within the gym., rock climbing and various other features. Staff are friendly, fun, relatable people and make me feel comfortable asking anything. I love the classes, always big energy. Thanks Jamie and team!
Have been going to Aspyre for just over a couple of months, its been a great experience friendly knowledgeable staff who are happy to help and check you are doing things the right way. Great vibe throughout the gym. I have used other Gyms in the past never felt as comfortable, great selection of machines etc but I love the floor area using the program of exercises tailored to my goals discussed at my first session. These exercises use my body weight to improve overall core body strength. Never exercised in this way it is a point of difference and I am seeing the benefits. Thoroughly recommend checking Aspyre out, The rock walls great as well, you can have fun and get fitter all at the same time. Nearly 48 and feeling good in myself!
Having worked out in various gyms in the UK, Aspyre is unique in several ways. The monthly personal training session included in your membership is great value for money, and the team obviously put a lot of thought into understanding your goals and pushing you to succeed. The space itself has the widest variety of kit I have seen in gym, always allowing you to challenge yourself with something new. Finally, the friendly welcoming atmosphere from newbies to gym veterans makes it a really positive place to work out!
Simply the best gym ever! Super cool place to work out or have some fun whatever your fitness goals & abilities. Jamie & the team are awesome and can help you achieve your goals. Highly recommended.
Good, wonderful place and amazing staff!!! Jamie, Christel, Thomas and lot more salute!!! They will create and give you customised training plan according to what you want to improve. Facility is very nice and they have a sauna which is really really amazing. New Treadmills' in the cardio area. Thumbs up!
Don’t bother joining up if you want to stay disappointed with yourself. This gym is different enough to unlock your potential whether that’s stronger, more confident or just damn proud of yourself. You’ve still got to do your own workouts, but everything else they’ve got covered.
