This post is not actually about the product purchased as not enough time has passed to evaluate it, but is about the excellent service I received from Leanne at the distribution centre. Latish Friday afternoon I ordered a product which I was hoping to take with me on a week away. After a phone conversation with the Clinic, Leanne contacted me on Monday morning and she was extremely helpful and sent out the product by 10.30 that morning. It was with me by Tuesday early afternoon. That is going the extra mile in my book so a very big thank you to Leanne, Best regards

I bought a bottle of Pure Fiji Body Lotion Noni Fragrance. Once opened, the bottle I purchased from Exquisite Laser Clinic smelt terrible, the fragrance was off. I know this because I have used this this exact body lotion for years. I emailed Exquisite Laser Clinic to let them know and asked them to enquire with Pure Fiji maybe it was a bad batch?. Although it took a considerable amount of time to reply to me, when they did they apologized for the delay and offered a replacement. Thank you.
