Ashley Allen Eyelash extensions.

Absolutely loved my experience at Ashley Allen Lashes, St. Lukes. Comfortable seating, the ladies made me feel so relaxed, even offered me a blanket to keep me warm! I got the everyday lashes and almost one month later, they are still going strong. I’m really happy with these lashes. Would definitely recommend and definitely go back again. My main reason that was stopping me going was that the price was a bit out of my reach, but they have dropped their prices making it so much more affordable for the everyday woman like me.

After having my lashes done, I absolutely love them! There was an issue with the glue holding due to some things outside of their control, Ashley herself rectified the issue and redone my lashes for me and I’m in love. The customer service and attention to detail meant the world to me, I wasn’t just a number and was taken care of as soon as they were aware of the issue. Love love LOOOVE this salon. After trying so many different places/technicians I gave up on the idea of having extensions. But after trying out Ashley Allen I am still coming back 8 months later and my natural lashes are in great condition too. Could not recommend enough! Service: Eyelash extensions

DO NOT COME HERE - WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME This is my second time here, my first time was awful so it's my fault in putting trust in Ashley Allen again. I got full individual $100 and they are awful. You can't even tell a difference, all that time spent on my lashes for it too look like nothing has been applied! So I can't Imagine how the natural set looks because the full individual looks like nothing at all, definitely a rip off. The lady tried charging me extra $$$ for having 2 lashes left from my old extensions like huH? The lady who did my eyelashes was so rough. It felt like she was pulling my natural lashes off Im pretty sure she did. It felt so uncomfortable. Eyelash extensions should not hurt when being applied. My lash techs from other places had been so gentle and painless so I'm not sure what's up with Ashley Allens techs. The staff also don't wear masks. The prices are insane for what you're going to get, I spent $100 for nothing because you can't tell any difference.

This place is overhyped on social media..Way too overpriced and lashes don’t even last a week . I notice my extensions were already falling out on the 2nd day … Even the nail places do better lashes than them . They charge too much for removal by the comments I’ve read so lucky I didn’t do mine with them and it nearly cost me 200 for basic as Russian Volumes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody to be quite honest. If you’re at st Luke’s go to the nail places. Decent prices and lashes look fuller and last 3-4 weeks . I can't say I honestly liked the quality of the lashes or even the glue that came off like melted cob webs. The quality is pretty indecent for what the price was. I had mine professionally put on Barely lasted a whole week. I've been to a smaller, disclosed place and their quality is well worth the price - making it last for a whole 3 to 4 weeks. I personally wouldn't recommend again, but each to their own. I came on Friday 23rd September at 3pm.Service: Lash perms

Bought the lash kit .. doesnt last as long as i was told it would last. I followed all instructions on how to apply lashes ect btw i dont wear makeup and i take care of lashes very thoroughly and took my time applying the set .however i felt i didnt need the remover serum to take lashes off as it came off easily without damaging my real lashes. Set lasted me maybe 2-3 days. This was very disappointing. Very beautiful set tho and customer service was amazing when i went in store but i was just disappointed with results and how long the product lasted me.

I did my lashes for the first time at Ashley Allen and they were so professional and welcoming. I was recomended to do the full set which was done by Nat who did an amazing job despite me having very fine lashes. Very happy with the end result and very natural looking.

Never going back. I felt extremely uncomfortable during my visit and will not return to Ashley Allen. The technician was rude, hostile & aggressive. She was verbally aggressive with short sharp words, and handle the service with harsh hands. After 6 days of my infill, most of my eyelashes fell out. I contacted Ashley Allen st Luke’s, on day 8. I explain on the phone, that a great deal of eyelashes had fallen out. I had a work photoshoot, so wanted my eyelashes to look good for day 10 I’ve been getting eye lash extensions for just under 2 years. So I understand the after care. But on this occasion, the eyelashes infill didn’t last a week. -How Ashley Allen works, is that you get your first full set of eyelashes then between 2-3 weeks you can get infills a top up. - I had my full set, and 1 infill. I believe my first set fell out on my first week of my infill.I explain to the manager, that the eyelash technician whom assessed my eyelashes should of given appropriate advice. She said ‘by the way you can get an infill’ however it was just over 3 weeks isolation prevented me coming in sooner. That day I went into the salon expecting to get a removal and fresh set. Roughly $110-130 But being told I can have a infill $70 I was pretty happy with that. However less than a week, noticeably lots of eyelashes fell out. When I explain my situation to the manager, she arranged a eyelash assessment. During the assessment, the manager was aggressive, Defensive and accusing. I never said the eyelashes was bad, just the communication between technician and client was poor, and they offered minimum advice during sessions Over all experience with Ashley Allen, has always been like conveyor belt of clients. One in one out. Which I liked, quick, fast and no drama. Until all your eyelashes don’t last over a week. Then the technician becomes extremely angry and aggressive. I was a loyal customer, and been going for just under two years but now I won’t go back. Ashley Allen do not value there clients & the customer care is disgusting *I am now looking for a new eyelash technician* any suggestions?
