Endemic World

The staff at Endemic World were friendly, efficient, helpful and encouraging. As someone just starting out selling my own art for the first time, this meant a lot. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly both in person and over e-mail. They were incredibly understanding of my rookie mistakes and patiently walked me through the process in a way that didn't make me feel like a total idiot. They even offered to help clean up some of my prints which were in rougher shape. Really appreciate your help and support. Would recommend.

Can't rate these guys highly enough. Top quality prints, expertly packaged for transport. And super fast delivery. Made an order on Monday morning, had it hanging by Tuesday afternoon. Will definitely be receiving more business from me in the future.

I have been selling my work through Endemicworld for just over a year now and it's been a blast. These guys are fantastic. They have a brilliant selection of contemporary NZ art available in a range of quality prints, framed or unframed, online and in store. Plus some originals and their own gallery space. Great service. Informed and friendly. And they’ve got a dog called Cash - you’ve got to meet him.

Brilliant. Always a great result with beautiful, high quality printing. Very talented and skilled group of people, not only offering me technical support but very valued creative feedback. They are extremely accomplished and accomodating, and often, when possible rushing through jobs so I look even better to clients. The shop and gallery is filled with beautiful art and prints, showing their huge support and enthusiasm for art, but especially local art and artists . Highly recommend!!

Edit: since my original review, which I've now deleted, Endemicworld reached out swiftly to correct the issues from my first framing. I declined their offer of a full refund as the offer to fix the frameing error was more than sufficient and was done graciously and in record time. The picture is happily hanging up in my home now framed to my original specifications. Thank you for caring about your business and customers equally, I truly do appreciate it. Can't quite give 5 stars because of the initial stress and mess up. But I gotta commend everyone at Endemicworld for their customer service the second time around.

Print quality is very good. I would actually recommend to get them to frame it as I realised its quite an art form to frame your own artwork.

I ordered some prints of digital artwork I had done for Christmas presents. I was blown away by the quality and speed at which they were sent out, will definitely be back thank you!

Great to deal with helpful, product savvy staff who luckily are patient with customers who need assistance to find the right product to suit their needs.
