We went on the tour. Highly, highly recommend, John is lovely and informative. Best beer in the world. Haven't had a beer this good since before Redhook USA sold out to Budweiser. Good on you, Emerson's and Lion for not messing it up!!!
Bao and lamb was good. Bird dog was the best beer.
