El Mono Loco was created by husband and wife team Stelios and Bridget Serafimidis.
Bridget has been a chef on super yachts in Europe for the last 10 years and when they decided to make the move from Europe to Nz El Mono Loco was born . Stelios was born in Lima Peru and they have a house together in the north of Peru . With Peru rapidly becoming the top culinary destination in the world, they decided Peruvian Fusion was the direction they wanted to take with the trailer. Although they are not only limited to this , with all the skills Bridget has learnt over the years aboard Super Yachts , she is more than qualified to cater for your private party's and functions , please contact for menus and pricing .
