Amazing building. Excellent service, great showcase of local seasonal food. Menu changes with the seasons.
My girlfriends and I had a lovely afternoon at Down the Road Eatery. Portions are quite small so we ordered lots of different dishes. All very tasty but the hand cut chips were cold and I found a large bone in my kahwai croquettes. Service was really friendly but a little slow. Would highly recommend if you're not in a hurry.
With a change of eatery type this new cafe in a art deco type house has the makings of a great place for a meal. Food was good but one small point they could still give quality food but in slightly bigger portions. They run the risk of not value for money.
Beautiful building, delicious food and great coffee
Staff are friendly and a changing menu keeps things interesting. Quite a few vegetarian options with keeps the other half happy. Will definitely visit again and more often.
Nice place, friendly staff. Unfortunately we waited an hour and a half for our lunch. Very Small, but very tasty! McDonald's would be cheaper and quicker :-
