Mate! Chips arrived uncooked just like the garlic bread it’s cold and still frozen in the middle, I rang the store they told me to put it in the microwave. I won’t record my response here…. I asked to speak to the owner and they said they’ll send more so I’ll see if they do. Second lot arrived and we were shocked at the lack of care!!! as again same thing cold uncooked garlic bread and chips. Shut this place down or get a new manager / owner this place has bad reviews starting 3 years ago!!
Ordered 4 pizzas, pick up, including one from the gourmet range and 3 cheap ones. Got 4 pizzas 2 from the gourmet range. They hadn't included the one for our vegetarian person. When I queried this they charged me for the cheesy garlic pizza as an extra, did not offer to reimburse for the pizza I didn't order. Order ended up costing over $70, so much for a quick cheap feed. While waiting for the pizza to come out asked if we could wash our hands in their bathroom and was told it was out of order. It was obviously not out of order it just had a printed staff only sign on it. Pretty sure as a food place where dine in is an option they are required to provide a public restroom. I queried whether I could get some BBQ sauce on my beef and onion pizza as it was dry as bones and had someone point to the slight discolouration of the cheese and was told that was because of traces of BBQ sauce, and I could not get any BBQ sauce for my pizza. This is the worst experience I've had with a food establishment since a pizza place in Gisborne refused to let my daughter run her hand under some water after she had gotten severe burns from a faulty fitting in their restaurant. Don't buy food from here. They have no idea what customer service is.

I wish i could give it 0 stars I was out with my friends around the Mount Maunganui area and we decided to eat at the nearby dominos. We ordered online The wings were good but the pizza was one of the worst pizza I ever had. We went in there with the pizza to tell them that it's not cooked properly and even the capsicum and chicken isn't Cooked. He said this is it, i said what can you do they said I can remake but it'll still be the same. I said well can you give me the refund since I'm not satisfied with this pizza you can have this one and since the remake is gonna be the same I'd like my refund. But then the other staff member started getting rude. i know what a cooked pizza is. He replied rudely again and said no refund if you have issue complaint online. The pizza looks like but it's not cooked. The staff doesn't know how a cooked pizza looks like. They don't know how to talk to customers and have absolutely no clue of how to handle complaints
My friend ask me to order some Pizzas. I placed an order, and unfortunately, it arrived with several issues – incorrect ingredients on the pizza, burnt garlic bread, and misplaced cheesy scrolls. Upon calling to address the problems, I encountered extreme rudeness from the manager. Despite correcting the order and delivering it again after an hour, the handling of the situation was far from satisfactory. The most disheartening part was the lack of an apology when they took back the incorrect food. My friends went their home without pizza . Waste of money to buy Pizza from Bayfair Domino’s.
Rude. The idiot on the till got my order wrong. His English is broken & I had to repeat myself. After ordering a mini margarita he gave me a medium size pizza!! Then said he was the manager OmgFood: 1/5
Can't go wrong with $5 pizza! Went tonight and the young guy with the braids on the front counter had excellent customer service. Even though our interaction was brief, i saw him with other customers too and he was polite and friendly - which is far better customer service than most young people working minimum wage jobs have these days! He was clearly trying hard to do his job well. I noticed he was also making the pizzas, which explains why the pizza I got was perfect, well portioned, well cooked, and delicious! I definitely recommend the cheesy garlic scrolls, they are soo good, better than sals and much cheaper! The premises is nice and tidy and clean. Will be returning often as it's on my way home from work! Cheers guys.
Ordered 3 items... 2 out of the 3 were incorrect. Ordered the most simple pizza, a Pepperoni. Received some cold frankenstein thing. Manager was rude. Told me the pizza I was given was correct and proceeded to blame the driver for his mistake. Got put on hold just before closing and then hung up on. Really professional. When you pay for a service you should receive the service. Youre literally reading a screen, reading a piece of paper and then packing the order into a bag. Maybe get some local ENGLISH workers .
We always get takeaways friday night we ate our pizzas friday night we both had sore guts saturday day but I ended up with gastroitis worst experience ever we only ate pizza friday night saturday morning I had thin crust meatlovers partner had 3 cheeseFood: 1/5
