DDL just shattered the first home dream for our small family, total nightmare!! The after sales experience is just horrible, 2 years of waiting all for nothing , we just want our hard earned money back
The most dishonest company we have ever had to deal with! The after sales service is appalling. Nobody picks up any phones and when they do they fob you off to other contractors that don't want anything to do with DDL Homes. We would never recommend this building company to anyone. Dodgy workmanship also as they don't pay their bills too their contractors. Buyer beware !!!!!
Update: June 2022 still no settlement. We signed a Sale and Purchase for Maison D’Ormiston in February 2020 and as of April 2022 the project is not completed with no CCC or Title issued. These are the disappointing facts of purchasing a new build terraced home with DDL Homes.
Fraudulent and incompetent people....wasted my time, lost my money and lost my sanity investing in this useless company.
OH MY GOD, what a service i have received from ddl homes, would definitely recommend to purchase from these guys, they have such a good professional service and easy to deal with staff. Genuinely pleased.
I am unhappy about the house in bought it 6 months ago . It has a lot problem . But nobody fix it.
Stay away if you can.
Don't sell to these people without payment. They don't pay their bills. Cannot be trusted.
