One of the worst agencies I have dealt with. As a keen buyer I found they refused to provide useful information on houses they were marketing and would not get back to me. Tracy Johnson was the worst, even after complaining to the branch manager she still took almost a week to respond to my contacts regarding a house that was for sale. Her excuse was that she didn’t like to respond to emails. If these people don’t know how to use the internet they shouldn’t be marketing properties on line. If you’re selling a house think about how bad it will be to use an agent who puts buyers off with their poor attitude.
