I have had my rental with Anne Duncan Real estate for over 3 years now. Renting is rarely all roses. While doing a good job to avoid problems they still arise. What sets them apart in my experience is their ownership of problems that arise and doing their best to fix them.  The best real estate company I have dealt with so far.

I Have had two awful experiences 3 years apart dealing with Anne Duncan directly. Firstly I was told "We would never rent a house to someone like you"  then three years later when I applied for another listing I was basically told not to bother because they had more suitable candidates.

Clement is great!

The team here is great to deal with. Makes renting nice and easy. Would highly recommend.

I would be extremely careful before using the rental dept of Anne Duncan. I personally was on the receiving end of a massive privacy breach . Extremely unprofessional and clearly on a power trip. Stay away !

Fantasic person will use her every time i rent, lovely to deal with
