Awesome͏ Agent We engaged David after trying to sell through another agency and were not successful. He had brought in a buyer even before the house went on the market. 5͏ Star Experience with David Ding and his Team ! We would like to thank David Ding for his professional assistance and for going the extra mile to get our property sold in a very tough market. This was a highly stressful situation as we had already purchased another property and been with another agent for some months of open homes already and just could not get an offer and were getting on a very tight timeframe, as the market kept falling and buyers were becoming more picky and we were getting into a desperate situation. Then we switched to David who offered professional advice and with his expert understanding of the moving market, he recommended that we make a bold move to get a little ahead of the ever worsening curve and change up our marketing strategy and then fortunately we were able to get an offer on the table. There were further challenges in meeting the buyers demands with further investigations from the building report and had to get a contractor in to carry out works and David was very supportive and knowledgeable during this extremely stressful time. David communicates super well and must say he even sent us videos with updates on open homes and we always knew where things were and his feed back really was first class. Overall we can highly recommend trusting David and his Team to partner with you to sell your property. They are extremely professional and will be with you every step of the way and will give you the best chance of achieving your dreams. Then he even went an extra step as after selling our home and assisting us with making our dream a reality of then being able to move into our new home that was sold to us by another agent he sent us a really beautiful boutique gift box with big ribbon and everything as a Welcome Gift to our new home ! We were very impressed with David Ding as our Realestate Agent and can highly recommend him. We needed to sell a rental property occupied by a reclusive and at times difficult tenant who could not have faced open homes to the public. We thought we would need to get him out, had already served notice, and then thought we would have to spend considerable time and money doing the property up before putting it on the market. David was able to get alongside our tenant with genuine empathy and understanding. David thought outside the square and saw the potential to limit people coming through and to sell the property “as is where is” to a developer with the tenant in place! He contacted a few developers on his books and had the place sold within 5 days “as is where is” for FAR MORE than we hoped to get for it done up! So much so that it more than covered his fees and left a tidy bonus! All this without the hastes, time delays and costs we were expecting! We really can not speak highly enough of David.
