From the off, Drew was truthful and realistic about the expectations of the property and the buying situation and spent time in explaining this to me and other buyers. As we moved through the sale, I found Drew to be very responsive where there were questions and always picked up the phone. He seems to have a genuine passion for what he does and very down to earth - it was great dealing with him.

Excellent! I͏ had a great experience selling my house with Shane. To start with, the house sold before going on the market and for more than we thought! On top of that, throughout the process Shane communicated extremely well, which we appreciated a lot. He was able to keep the process moving and has a really good manner with people which enables him to get people on-side, all of which produces a great outcome!

Perfection Some͏ say there is no such thing but Michelle and Shane with the assistance of the team at Ray White Mairangi Bay are as close as it gets. I may be a bit bias as we have done multiple deals with them. Why would we go anywhere else when we have a great team to work with every time.
