I rented a studio unit from this company, and I have had several negative experiences. They frequently change their rules and regulations, and they often blame corporate for any issues that arise. For example, I experienced a water leakage issue in my unit, and it took them months to resolve the problem. They claimed that the water was clean, even though it was drainage water from one of the bathrooms. Whenever I bring an issue to their attention, they respond by threatening me with a breach of contract and court action. They are unprofessional and rude, and they have a history of tenants leaving before or after their tenancy ends. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from this company to be cautious and to carefully consider all of the potential issues before making a decision.
