It’s a cozy eatery with a good menu and truly excellent service. It’s clean and the decor is relaxed yet chic. We had a great time! Some of the food was very good, like the Singaporean noodles - divine textures and incredible wok hei. Other dishes were more instagrammable than delectable… like the Salmon Thunder, which looks amazing but the heavy sauce overpowered the clean flavours of the fish and the texture was not palatable - like creamy moosh without enough robust crunch or substance the rice puff becomes a sticky chew and not enough acidity to cut through.nnI had been really looking forward to trying this place so I might have been expecting a bit much from the previous reviews and the images. The service was amazing - so friendly.
It's a nice cute Asian fusion restaurant in Howick.nVery friendly and great service.nThe food were tasting great and we really enjoyed them.
Absolutely amazing place. Great vibe, friendly service and OUTSTANDING food for a great price - food came out quick too. Kids loved it all - first time ever they left the curly fries till last! Will be back for sure.nDrunken Noodles and Korean Fried Chicken are a MUST
The cured tuna & the pork and cabbage dumplings were Amazing, the salmon thunder and the GARAGE PROJECT HATSUKOI PILSNER were Excellent I can pass on the rice crackers, the crispy prawn was Very good when very hot & the prawn dumplings were meh.nnNever had tuna like it & I've eaten a ton of sashimi. It's either cured or aged. The sauce was like a cold savoury gravy - jus, and worked like my mouth had no idea. Little crunchy bits. Hamazing
A fabulous spot with friendly service. All wines by glass or bottle. Food is fresh, lively, bold and delicious. It’s quite honestly hard to choose from the well balanced menu and all the descriptions are enough to have you salivating. Can’t rate the salmon and the beef brisket more highly - unique and utterly delicious
