Da Long Yi Hotpot 大龙燚火锅

It’s quite hard to find a hotpot place in central Auckland that opens for weekday lunch, offers fast service and free underground carpark. The food and soup base are authentic. Although it is a bit pricier but consider the free parking, fast service, opening during weekday lunch time, I don’t end up smelling like hotpot due to great ventilation/ air conditioning and they even have cute small bottles of post meal “deodoriser” for your clothes! It’s all worth it, I will return again.

Perfect spot for a hotpot! Great customer service and ambiance. Serving is fast even on peak hours. Restaurant is clean and the smell of the hotpot will not stick on your clothes which amazes me. Moreover, I lost my wallet and the staff immediately helped me to find it! kuddos team

Took the private room for a meeting over dinner. There was a minimum spend but this place is a little pricey and 4 of us eat like madmen - so that was no problem at all.nThe broth is good quality. Make sure to get the small spice if you're not a big spice eater because as the soup boils, the chilli gets more intense.nMeat was good quality too.

A wonderful Chinese hotpot, fantastic tasting, fresh foods and enjoyable dessert!! Great for families and kids friendly!! Will definitely recommend this place to the others!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious beef tongue! The tenderness and flavor were exceptional, making it a delightful culinary experience. Highly recommend!
