The Coffee Club Westfield Newmarket

Neil and his team offers great minds of hospitality which is very hard to find any of other shops these days. My phone was in low battery, and Neil proactively helped me to find a way to solve during I was drinking coffee. Cafe is not just only about offering coffee and food but the full customer services could be made when they offer their best comfortable environment to customers and that is what Neil has done today. I would personally thank to his attitude, and would recommend this shop to anyone who visit this place.

We had lunch and coffee here today and unfortunately unlike our local Coffee Club, this one was well under par. I had an almond milk mocha and it was terrible. There was no chocolate at all, just tasted like a flat white or a latte. If the server hadn't confirmed it was a mocha when he brought it to the table, I'd have thought they got the order wrong. The side of chips with my meal was very small also, no more than about 10 chips. I think I'll stick to my local Coffee Club from now on

I was there on the 26th. I can understand the surcharge since it's the public holiday. I think their food is great since they are busy anyways but I think they probably need more staff to clean the tables and serve customers indeed.

This Coffee Club branch is quite nice as it's relatively new. Food here was good and so was the coffee. Pretty much follows the same order as every other branch of these stores. This one was nice albeit a bit busy being in the mall.

We tried the steak sandwich and it was awful with bad smell, the meat wasn't cooked well without any taste! We had to put salt and peeper but it was still bad. You just waste $22.

Food was a panini and was so hard could not eat it . Complained and food was replaced. With a fresh soft one. Second time at a coffee club lately and very disappointed both timesFood: 1/5

Me and my hubby went out for a little snack. We ordered southern style chicken strips, ice mocha and ice coffee. The beverage was really amazing. Overall it was a nice experience. The place was beautiful and clean.

Love the coffee and delicious Egg Benedict from this cafe. Nice & tidy place inside the mall. The staffs are friendly and kind. Good customer service.

Price for cakes had gone up about 30 cents . Ordered coffee and cake but cake never came, baby chair dirty and didn’t clean from last usage and the store doesn’t look very clean or busy. 3:30pm.
