Wow! Just went in to get a new rear reflector for my bike. They helped me choose the right one and then gave it to me free. I'm a visitor from Wellington so not even a regular customer. Excellent customer service.
Hired 4 bikes for a day of riding the waterfront trail. A fantastic waterfront ride - wish other areas of NZ would build cycleways as good as this
Very friendly staff. Good quality rental bikes. We rented 2 eBikes and 2 regular bikes and all of them were very good.
Very helpful with information about Ebikes and let me have a test ride.
We came in off the street to see if they had any bikes available for hire and they did. 4 hours of riding for $20 with great service to boot! Will definitely visit again
