Crum Park in Auckland is a unique, delightful spot for outdoor activities. Nestled in the residential area of West Auckland, it offers a serene environment for hiking, running, and walking. The park’s bilingual signage adds a unique touch.nnIt’s a great place for families with a playground and picnic tables. The park also hosts various sports, like football, tennis, basketball, and netball, which makes it a vibrant community hub.
What a shame that there were no shades it would have been a lovely little playground other wise. In this day and age the council really needs to consider the importance of having shades in place at all parks in New Zealand. With the exception of the one swing every other ride was just too hot to climb on to. Big disappointment!
Beautiful park, nestled in the foothills of the Waitakere’s and very pretty at this time of year. There’s quite a few fields and a playground. The only fly in the ointment is the horrendous parking. But that’s no different to any other sporting ground in NZ.
2 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, soccer fields, both turf and grass.nThere is also a children's playground.nThe lights aren't on in the evenings yet and the gates close at 9pm.nThe court surface is really great.nThe park itself is surrounded by native trees on one side making it quite pleasant.
Easy access to toilets and plenty of them. Tickets were clean and tidy. Tennis courts, playground, basketball courts and sports fields. Only thing I found difficult was walking across top fields, was very soggy and muddy
