Two staff were on. Both disappeared for several minutes as a big queue grew. When both came back the staff member who served me engaged really loudly but in a friendly way to a family being served by the other staff member. To a point that's often ok but I felt undervalued as a customer and semi ignored.nFood is always excellent here.
Disappointed in this year's, hot cross buns ,I counted 2 to 3 sultana's in each bun.Rather Sad
I went to Coupland's Bakeries in South Street on Saturday. I wanted savouries and I got 3 packets. The shop had people in but no line up at the till. The service person female was so nice, chatty and funny. Really enjoyed my contact time with her.
Absolutely love the Couplands pies and I get them every week! The staff are super friendly and a nice little spot to be. The aisles are quite small though so it can get crowded when it's busy. Other than that I love visiting here for my baked goods/pies
My husband bought a pie this morning. It cost an additional $1 to have it heated.nWhat sort of a business are you running? My father owned and operated a large bakery for over 50 years. He supplied lunch bars, schools and the general public. He was a success at what he did.nWe will only ever buy pies from Harvey’s from now on. The food is more palatable anyway.nCarmel Edlin
