Absolutely beautiful shopping experience, a borderline heavenly experience. The shelves were completely stocked and the selection was impeccable, the service was lovely, and the online shopper walking around was kind and courteous. I had my shopping take place on sunday and whilst the store was busy the staff were incredibly patient with the customers!! However some of my products I bought were expired but the online shopper again was incredible and she took the products and offered her apologies!
Terrible customer service by the lady at the self check out at Milford today 13th October afternoon around 2:45/2:50 very rude and she clearly does not want to do her job and assist the customers at the self check out. Get another job if this job sucks. Countdown train your staffs better.
We used scan and go, it was a cool experience. The shop is quite large but seems well kept. Had everything we wanted
I think at this moment22 Oct 22, the only Countdown shop provides plastic bag for fruits. We used to have to buy 1 pack of reusable net bag.
Very well stocked, clean and staff is very friendly
Not the best prices or the largest version. No shopping trundler bay in the car park. Strange to have rubbish bags only available at the check out.
Really like this countdown,Im not local but did a quick shop while waiting for my son who was at northshore hospital. I shop at other countdowns pack n saves and new worlds normally. Very impressed with the stocked shelves,alot of chooses in all departments and was very impressed with the reduced items that were in different sections being on a budget with only so much money to buy food per week for a family really helps to get a few things that are discounted even if you have to eat them in a couple of days I.. will definitely come back to this store if I'm in the area.
Local countdown - always a positive experience. The bakery section is not as good compared to other countdowns though smaller selection, tastes a bit different. Staff are always nice.
Good selection and helpful staff. Purchased several bacon hocks that had gone bad. Refund given without any problems. They also do a discount for seniors on Tuesdays. Unfortunatly a big shop is significantly cheaper at Pak n Save.
We are a senior couple who shop every week for our groceries which we think thàt the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that we find is the way the shelves are refilled,we have to manoeuvre around all the trolleys and often have empty cardboard boxes . I wonder if you could do the refilling of shelves when the shop is closed. I don't think that all the shelves need to be refilled after hour's. It is the area down the end of the milk, yoghurt.cheeses and other deli food. We find that it would be helpful to have a packer when it is busy.
