I have been using Countdown Upper Hutt for the last 14 years. The only time I am not able to find what I want is when they decide to move things around!! Apart from that, its all good. They were very professional during Lockdown periods and I have always found the staff very helpful

Some shops just have that pulling power by the way you feel when you go there and this is one of them for me. My go to shop when i need grocery. Its always clean, well laid out, well stocked, fresh. Goes without saying pleasant staff at your service.

Modern, well lit supermarket, deli food fairly basic but good selection of frozen goods beer, and wine.

Inventory stock and variety of brands have been heavilly reduced in the past few years. Pricing and discounting is often misleading to interpret.

Local cat who visits was there for pats. Product range in store was good. I got everything I was looking for.

Still top grocery shopping in Upper Hutt. Best range of products. Helpful staff.

Easy to get here when you in the city, Staff are helpful if you need some things. Power wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly. #givethanks #LightTheWorld
