The motel for itself was fine. Clean and had what we needed. However, the lady was absolutely disgusting rude. We had a late night visitor who ended up staying, we left early that morning to get breakfast and had discussed at the table going in to pay for the extra person. We figured it be fine because there was only two of us staying there and it had beds for 6. The lady accused us of trying to lie about our bookings and all sorts. Then proceeded to be rude through our entire stay. I have a huge social media following so I’ll be making sure everyone knows about this and seeing previous reviews. I am not the only one who has experienced this. The only upside was the man in office was kind
If you have kids or you even have a happy bone in your body this is not the place to go. The staff here are lowkey depressing. We 8 kids were using the table tennis set around 11pm and were pretty quiet playing. There is no sign or indication that we couldn’t play past a certain time. So when the manager I’m guessing comes out and tells us we need to get to our rooms in 2 minutes or we can stay another night and would contact our principal, we were a little surprised and gave us the encouragement to write this very port review.
Super clean and spacious. I stayed in a studio & it had its own private patio out back. The thermal pool was great, the grounds are immaculate. Really friendly and accomadating hosts. Carpark is right in front of your room and the wait for uber to location is not super long less than 10min when not peak. Would stay again.
Thought the place would be good but turns out the staff and especially the manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. was completely unreasonable for no reason throughout our stay. would no recommend
