18th Avenue Thermal Motel

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, the manager is awesome and accommodating. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom, the whole room was clean and comfortable, we even had an oven which is great and the shower pressure was pretty good. Its a short walk from Fraser Cove Shopping Centre. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night and it was sufficient. We were able to check in a couple of hours earlier too. We enjoyed a quick soak in the indoor thermal pool. Very nice and quiet too.

Business tried to scam my son and his friends out of their bond. Accused them of stealing when they only spent 1 night at the motel. Still hasn't refunded my sons bond. Do not stay here. The room was average and the staff was rude. Will be calling them for their refund and if it has not been refunded, I will be visiting them myself.

Updated rooms, bed was comfortable, kitchen was workable, new carpet, no aircon but a heater was supplied, our biggest complaint was the shower water pressure was very bad especially when you wash your hair.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, like back to the 80's feel .. kids park and pool . Great stay thanks
