Corelli's Cafe

We spent about an hour in Davenport and were glad to find this coffee shop still open, as many places in New Zealand close early.nnWe ordered two large flat whites and a brownie. The coffee was okay and fairly balanced, but nothing special and a bit too mild for our taste. The brownie was quite dry and crumbly, tasting more like a simple chocolate cake than a proper brownie, and seemed like it may have been frozen.nnWe first sat outside but moved indoors as several outdoor seats were dirty, likely from birds. That could be cleaned more regularly.nnOverall, a decent stop for coffee when options are limited. The food on display looked better than what we tried.

very good salmon! came for dinner on a saturday and the vibes at the cafe were lovely! the folks working were very kind: easy parking in the area and restroom for customers!

Perfect little cafe! Visited devonport and cornells cafe this week and it was beautiful, such a vibe! The fries were the best Ive ever had The staff was also so helpfull and most importantly kind! Definitely coming back

A great eclectic cafe with a contemporary menu and healthy dishes. The atmosphere is great, it especially opens to a summer vibe. Staff are friendly and offer great service nothing is too much trouble. The Earl Grey tea was one of the best I've had.

Corelli's is a hidden gem in Devonport, and one of my favourite cafes. The staff are so nice there and the Kids French Toast is amazing- such a good size. I left something special on the table, and when I came back to get it, the staff had put it behind the counter instead of chucking it away. Thank you, Corelli's!
