Tory and James installed my cctv camera and I'm very happy, they were professional, friendlythey even put up with my GSD running off with their stuff lololol. The guys knew exactly what they were doing, there was a problem with one of my TV's but Tory worked out a solution in no time. The guys were clean and tidy and I couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism , not to forget Nikki the secretary at CA, she was very friendly and notified me to let me know when the team were on their way to my house. I recommended CA to a friend who came over not long after and she's going to give you a call soon. Thank you all at CA I'm very grateful.
We had Tory & James replace our security cameras & set up the intrusion areas with notifications for us, as we didn’t have that with our old system. They were both very efficient, friendly, happy, helpful & professional. We would highly recommend Coastal Connect. All communication from everyone we dealt with has been a pleasure. Awesome service. Nice receptionist when booking that explained in detail what they can/will do. I was able to reschedule my booking at short notice aswell and they were very accomodating. Tradies showed up on time and were super friendly and clearly explained everything i needed to know. Ive had three antenna services in the past but these guys are way more knowledgable and friendly than the other companies. Im also in the process of renovating and have dealt with dozens of tradies/workmen but people from coastal were the nicest ive come across. Very good customer service and was reasonably priced. Would recommend .
Very prompt and on time no mess left and price reasonable, happy with the work done.
