Clos Henri Vineyard

Excellent wines with a very unique and beautiful tasting room. We particularly loved their clay soil based Sauvignon blanc.

What a stunning building for wine tasting!! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, we had an enjoyable and very interesting tasting. The surrounding was beautiful, we love that it's quiet, we had the place to ourselves.

Had a wine tasting + platter here Wine was delicious! Platter was so yum!! The baguette was soft but crispy! Goats cheese BUT the scenery, holy moley! Money can’t buy views like this! Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone

Wonderful tasting. It was fascinating to taste wines from the same grape variety grown on different soil types. Totally different flavour. Charcuterie board with freshly baked bread. Yum.

Great location. Wine tasting was great, several price, variety options. Chapel setting & views are brilliant inn the Marlborough sun. Service we had was attentive, informative & friendly.

Amazing place with great wine and even better hospitality! We did the “Meet the maker” tour of the vineyard and winery, including a deep dive on the different blocks of grapes, soil types, and winemaking techniques in use at Clos Henri. The team were in the middle of bringing in some Pinot noir and made us feel very welcome as we were guided through sampling wine from the tanks and barrels in the winery. We finished up with a platter and a tasting of the bottled wines by the chapel. An unforgettable experience!

Such a niche little winery very enjoyable and surprising pleasant. The variations between clay and soil were amazing. Lara was very knowledgeable and friendly would highly recommend if passing through.

Fantastic wine and location! The cellar door is absolutely gorgeous and one of a kind. Nicest sparkling wine we’ve ever had. Delicious Pinot Noir as well. Awesome story behind this vineyard. Thanks so much for fitting us in for a last minute tasting. Highly recommend!!!
