Super clean and tidy. Keep it up! All equipment was working. Little noisy but to be expected. Food was good but kids cupcakes very dry. Tip. Arrive here as they open when its less busy and you and kids will enjoy it alot more.

Honestly my experience was horrid and I didn’t even come with my family. I called weeks in advance to plan my kids party via phone. Was told it was booked in and we would see an invoice. A few weeks go by and I’m getting nervous, I haven’t seen any confirmation, no invoices, nothing. I call multiple times and leave multiple messages. Received no answer to those. When I finally call find out booking over the phone isn’t possible, the date is now full, and I need to come in to pay the deposit for a different time/day. I was lied to, misled, and no one ever followed up. How useless are your staff to misinform SO BADLY and how useless you customer service. Don’t go here.

Clean and tidy, but none of the air tubes worked in the ball pit,  only 6 foam balls for the air guns and the tubes to get them back up don't work, and 3 air guns are sometimes working sometimes not. The other air tubes appear to have no pressure. The place is so so so hot, turn on some A/C would help. Missing lots of pieces in the under 5 area. Not enough foam bricks to build more than one wall and only a few cogs for the massive wall they are for them. Two tokens claw machines are just turned off with a sign saying 'These Machines are turned off'. Kids running around with no socks so why bother selling them and didn't see one staff member smile the while time we were there. No one enforces any rules at this place so just go for it. Over 5's in the under 5's area and no where for very small children to go under 1. The cable ties holding down some of the foam are facing with the end out, prime for kids to get scratched on or poked when them actually need the padding. I would find another chipmunks to go to if I was you not worth it.

Change of ownership and this place is not that great anymore.  They turn down the compressed air in the ball pit and the gun area.  They have even removed the balls for the guns.  There are fewer balls in the ball pit. They have removed the pieces in the baby area where you used to be able to connect the wheels and spin them. Even a jelly cup is now on half rather than full....Where are the old owners, they were so much better!!

My 2 year old loved it. Heaps for her to do, she was entertained for hours. Loads of seating for adults and the food was well priced. Clean bathrooms and clean floors.

Pretty rubbish. Terrible compared to other Chipmunks.  This Chipmunks is in need of some serious care to get it up to a standard where I'd ever consider going back to. There are hardly any balls in the ball pit, all the compressed air tubes are either broken or blocked, the under fives area is woeful and small and the cable ties holding the pool noodles to the metal hates are sharp and dangers. My four year old enjoyed himself, but the older kids found it underwhelming and broken.  The staff also do not leave the counter, so all rules and signs are ignored.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating of my daughters needs. The coffee was next level. Perfect place to keep children energy going and parents to relax.

Very limited space, children run around the tables. Unsafe, dirty as the cafe based exactly in play area, toilet smell around. Service is awful at the counter. $17,90 per child very expensive do not recommend to visit this place.

Misleading website which says there is safety zoned for 0 - 2 years old, and that safety is their top priority. We took our 11 month old there, just to find out that there is no real 0 - 2 year old zone, it's an open area, so what happens is there are 7, 8, 9+ years olds running around in an area with babies. Very unsafe. When this was pointed out to a staff member, she didn't seem too bothered and just told us tell the older kids off hahaha. We definitely wont be coming here again.

Amazing facilities for babies crawling and walking, also our 7-9 year old enjoyed themselves, everything is clean, all the machines are in working order and we were also greeted and given information when we arrived which is not something I’m used to it was really nice thank you so much
