O Centro Michael Fowler é uma sala de concertos e centro de convenções em Wellington, Nova Zelândia. Situa-se perto da Praça Cívica .A construção do edifício começou em 1980; o centro abriu oficialmente em 16 de Setembro de 1983. Foi desenhado por Miles Warren e Maurice Mahoney, com assistência acústica do professor Harold Marshall. Recebeu o nome do principal instigador da construção, Sir Michael Fowler, que nessa altura era prefeito de Wellington.O centro é usado para actuações, conferências e cimeiras, locais e internacionais; é também a sede da Orquestra Sinfónica da Nova Zelândia.

A huge auditorium with good speaker and lights. Can focus the centre from everywhere. They had the first floor and the second floor for people to watch. A lot of exits which provided easy access for us. Worth the experience of the event! I visited for my friend’s graduation ceremony and had a great experience in this auditorium.
This is a fantastic venue with great acoustics but something needs to be done about the seating. I find that there is not enough leg room and the seats are too low which makes it difficult for older people to get out of easily.
The Teskey Brothers were excellent here. A great venue, brilliant views from wherever you sit.
We had seats at the very top back to watch the Wiggles. I'm normally really fussy about seat selection but these were all that were available. I neednt have worried. The view was excellent, plenty of space, comfort and atmosphere and we had a great time. Superb venue.
I went to Bill Bailey comedy show here. Its an amazing venue and sound was great. A lot of the show was musical including 2 songs with a special guest opera singer. Incredible acoustics. The only letdown is the refreshments really. Wine in plastic single use tumblers, plastic tubs of pic n mix lollies? I feel like there could be some more classier options to match the venue.
As NZSO has concerts there a lot every year we've been many times: Its good for orchestra music and seats are comfortable. However I think there are space for improvement for sure as its definitely showing signs of tiredness.
Prompt service upon admission, multiple facilities/good spacing expected prices for a place like this. Quality views/leg room from both areas of seating I've been at, up to date with the tech in relation to the sound system, screen, lighting and whatever could project those awesome laser strings at the recent Bill Bailey Show. However that carpet gives me the tingles :- overall a good building and well managed space :
This is a very nice hall with some pretty good seats. I was sitting at the very back on the stalls section ~EE40 and still had a decent view of the orchestra. Facilities was very good with a variety of food and drinks during intermission and restrooms nearby.
An awesome place. Plenty of seats. The lighting on stage is very well organised and amazing. Good place for functions. Has a lift so wheel chair access is available
A beautiful venue. The giant pou in the entrance is glorious as are the paintings and windows. We went for a jazz concert which was wonderful but the sound was a bit muffled. It may have been a sound desk problem rather than the venue.
