Their honesty is very impressive. My car had some tricky electrical problem that occurred now and then. They failed to detect the fault at the end of the day, and so explained to me about the situation in an honest way, suggesting me to have a try at Mercedes service center. They did not charge me a cent although they spent some time on diagnosis of my car. This is a business who takes their reputation and honesty very seriously.
