Purchased a car and had so many issues. You have to demand repairs before they help you. Biggest purchase regret. Their affiliated financing office Falcon Advance is useless as well. It was good lesson that was learned the hard way.

Purchased a vehicle through trademe from here, I received the vehicle with damages to subframe, they paid for the repairs. 6 months later go through a breath screen to be told by the officer that “oh these vehicle has been pinched before” 3-4 weeks later I see them post up on Facebook that someone had broken in taken some keys and vehicles again.. piecing everything together. I have find the reasoning why the vehicle I purchased was damaged, someone had broken in to their car yard. Took my key and vehicle then somehow had it returned and was sold to me without any information about it being stolen or damaged. Acted like they were innocent, how can a vehicle driveshaft slap the tunnel from just starting up? It doesn’t, I got it from the transporter like that and dam money was tight to send it back especially when it was gona cost me a grand to send bac. Moral of it, make sure you know the truth before purchasing

EDIT: PLEASE AVOID STEREO INSTALLATION WITH PEPSI AUTO!!!!! buy form somewhere else! Please read the reviews, very bad experience and horrible attitude from them when you question their shady workmanship!!! 2 wks ago I bought my first car and have test driven it for a road trip already. Car has been quite smooth, might need to check it out a little more long-term. I love the features and the new stereo I had asked them to install. Definitely beats the Japanese system. Dean was amazing. Helped out alot to organise everything and sort out the necessary documents. The team is pretty chilled and like joking around. Had a few mishaps where our booking to test drive a different car was pretty much cancelled. It was busy and we weren't seen for 30min. Then found out they didn't have the car, and it was in their warehouse. We drove other cars, which they accommodated quite quickly to. Thanks for the help team. Will be in-touch if anything arises within the 3months of purchase.
