I had a great experience purchasing my car here recently. I went in with something in mind and drove away with something better. Recently purchased a car from the team at City Motor Group. I dealt with Lewis and can honestly say this was the easiest, stress free purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. The team are friendly, professional and most importantly not pushy in any way. Lewis went over and above to ensure the sale was as smooth as possible. I cant recommend these guys enough if you are in the market for a used car. Excellent experience. A++++
Honestly the experience of even looking for a new car is daunting but as soon as I got here as the third car lot I visited in a day and my last I knew that it was the right place. Honestly couldn’t recommend them more, especially Kieran and Robbie who made the whole process easy and smooth which helped me actually stop procrastinating and buy a new car. Probably left there a bit in shock after picking up my new car but I know I 100% love it and I won’t be back in 3 months.

I bought a car late Dec 2023 from Motor City Group. I dealt with Kieran throughout the process. He was awesome. He took me through the various options of petrol, hybrid and EVs and I ended up choosing a Subaru Sport XV, which I am really happy with. I looked at a lot of cars and car yards, and most were awful, no attention to detail, no service, and no time spent with me answering questions. Kieran was the opposite. Not only was he well informed and educated me, he also spent time with me and answered every question I had. He also sorted the small issues with the car quickly, and helped months later when the battery died. I would go back to him the next time I need a car and I recommend him completely as someone to talk to if you are looking for a new vehicle. It was an exceptional experience and delivered way more than I expected. In fact, it has changed the way I see car dealers! Highly recommended.
I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Golf recently from here and was blown away by the service of the team and quality of all the vehicles on the yard.
