Based on the Sicilian style of gelato, we use only fresh milk and fresh cream, natural flavours and colours. We take pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients such as Pistachio, Almond and Hazelnut paste directly from the processing factory, Bronte in Sicily, and Blood Orange, Lemon and Mandarin from Palermo. We combine this with the best of New Zealand seasonal fresh and frozen fruits in gelato and sorbetto. Our chocolate flavours and made with the highest quality Dutch Cocoas and French chocolate, smooth, rich with a robust flavor. Each tray of our gelato is individually made to order and decorated by hand before being delivered daily to our stores. This ensures our gelato is always fresh and at its best for your tasting pleasure.
