Carl's Jr used to be a really nice if slightly more expensive option over the Scottish place,or the King. Sadly, in the last while standards have dropped. While staff were pleasant enough, there seemed to be no interest in service, and they were just going by rote. The drinks machine was out of raspberry. When I told them, I was told they couldn't fix it now, and it would be done later. How hard is it to swap a container of syrup? The burger was ok, if a bit flavourless. Definitely not worth the extra few dollars compared to the competition.
Gourmet Burger - giving the Golden Arch a run for their money. I would give them a awesome 5 stars rating if not for a better service from the crew at the counter. But when I took the first bite into my Burger Jim Beam Bourbon Angus Burger it was so amazing, I just have to let other patrons know that I had one of the best burgers ever. My wife laughed at my silliness. That's what Burgers ought to taste like! The Angus beef cooked on a fire grill and the famous Jim Beam Bourbon sauce spread over the beef plus other stuff crispy onion straws, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and etc. All bundle up into one whole delicious goodness. Carl's Jr has lift up their reputation!
I love the $12.50 deals, their beef burger is just like a whopper or even better, it's cheap, good amount of food, chips are delish and I love the L&P Ginger Beer!! it's perfect! the philly cheese steak burger on the other hand was juicy and tasty but I like how we make our philly cheese steak rolls better lol MY KIDS AND I LOOOOVEE CARL'S JR!
Today I went to the drive through bought my order I ordered aioli sauce with it they charged me but wasnt in my bag I already droved away and already at my destination when I realized it wasnt there, they also charged me. I am very disappointed! they have to always make sure everything is complete.

The one night on the 23/11/22 we decide to buy take out from carls jr, my family and I all end up with food poisoning. Never buying from takanini carls jr ever again.
Best Carl's Jr. I've been to, which wasn't difficult because the two previous times I've been have discouraged me from going back for at least two years each time. The chips and the milkshake I bought were ok, the burger was good. It was expensive though, I think for the money I spent I'd rather go somewhere a bit more flash. On the upside the store was nicely presented and well laid out, the person who served me was nice, my meal was prepared very quickly they were mildly busy and there was plenty of parking.
Food is decent and it all came out pretty quickly. Kinda wish we had one over here in Australia, it’s much better than maccas!
Dude named Ivan, nice guy and always has very fast service as my lunch time is timed so I appreciate how fast he brings the food out to me.
All the ladies are super nice at the store! Love getting drive through because they are so quick & easy. Thanks for all the nice customer service
