Worst service waiting in the queue with two cars ahead of me for one hour. Got given my food which was missing three burgers. They tried to correct me and told me what it should be then asking if I wanted to see the receipt. It took them another 15 minutes to get the correct order. Got home to eat the food with my family the patties were cold and not cooked properly. Little suggestion turn your music down in your work enviroment maybe then you and your staff can get your orders correct. I refuse to go back to burger king takanini. What it needs is to be managed and have staff that can provide a good service not lack of service. Wouldn't recommend this burger king to anyone.
Not happy. Ordering touch screen was filthy and sticky to touch. Ordered 2 meals, one with extra fries and only recieved 1 pack of fries when we should of had 3, one burger was wrong and she just shrugged her shoulders and had no explanation. Burger buns were soggy and squashed flat. Lettuce in side salad and burgers was brown on the edges and drinks were watered down so much they tasted like soda water. We have always loved burger king food but this was extremely poor quality. We will not eat at this restaurant again and will certainly think twice before having burger king in the future.
I recommend you don’t order Uber eats for Burger King Takanini, they can’t get anything right if I had a dollar for every time the order has come and something is missing, I would be able to buy this whole branch and shut it down. Hire people that have a little bit of sense in their brains that can read orders properly.
Sweet baby J. Every time I come to this store I ask myself why. I come here 3 times a year, at most, hoping that it will change but it never does. Drive thru... Allow at least 20 minutes even if there are no cars, if it's full expect a 40 minute wait. Go in store you say? Expect a 30 minute wait. Staff don't want to serve you and you could be waiting 10 minutes before they acknowledge you. I believe this store is severely understaffed and the staff there really do not care.
Drive thru is a joke. The quickest I've been served is around 20 minutes, the longest was nearly an hour! When I questioned why it took so long, it was either because it was 'usual Friday night' or 'staff training.' Not good enough. Sloppy burgers. Oversweet milkshakes. Very disappointing.
I am honestly shocked how bad the feedbacks are on Google maps. I have been here several times, 5 mins walk from where i life so i just dine in. Never did drive through maybe that's why i felt okay..... Fairly speaking, when i dine in the food comes out relatively quicklyless than 5 mins it was not cold, not molten, and honestly better than some other burgekings. The staff's attitude was fine, u know not the best but what u would expect from a fastfood place like this. The only thing i am a little confused is u can order supershack choco and strawberry but the staff told me the supershack machine was broken. From my experience this place is fine and hope i don't get face slapped later when i come again.
This place is getting worse! $80 worth of food ordered tonight and everything was cold! I'm convinced now that everything is cooked ahead of time. How, in a restaurant filled with people waiting on orders is the food not coming out with a single hint of freshness...I mean they don't even bother to microwave the burgers to pretend they are fresh! Just pushing out cold burgers and stale floppy fries. Also, where have the serving trays gone? We are handed food to dine in, in a paper bag and just expected to eat food of tables we know damn well are wiped down with the same dish cloth that's been ran through all day. While we were eating, a customer came in to return a burger that was not what they had ordered...the "managers" entire vibe screamed that he could not be bothered dealing with the situation.
Disgusting!! Stay away! If they don’t how deep fry some fries they shouldn’t be taking anyone’s money!
Not a great experience. Order for a click and collect dinner, however the dine in area was closed due to staffing issues. Had to sit in drive through line for 30 minutes. Meal had to be remade due to going cold. Also missing some items.Food: 5/5
The self ordering doesn’t take my promo code, Stands in front of the counter for ages and made eye contact with staff but they just don’t come and take the orders. This isn’t the first time I’m experiencing this. I guess you won’t get ignored when you drive thru cuz they have to serve you anyway. If they don’t want walk in customer just shut the door and do mainly drive thru only and I will drive thru or go other places
