Great service! I never do Google reviews but this time I felt it is my duty! The reviews on here don't do these guys justice! I usually get my car cleaned at the mall valet. Today Carfe did a much better job and cheaper too. No greasy residue left on anything either like usual when getting the leather conditioner done. The guys did a great job and even pulled up the back seats in my boot and vacuumed etc I have a 7 seater Holden. They have so many guys working on it at once I was only there for 30mins! Just enough time to a coffee with my baby. The mall ones take 2 hours usually. Definitely will be coming here again thanks guys.

Paid for a silver clean and a luke warm sausage roll. Noticed after I had left, missing parts of plastic trim around door lock, and door airbags. Must have been knocked off during clean. Still marks all over the vinyl upholstery, I can easily wipe off myself with a towel. Windows are still dirty with bird droppings still visible. Center console still dirty, don't even think it was dusted. Didn't think my car would come back in worse condition!

I’ve booked in my Mum’s car for a treat twice, and both times have been disappointed with the lack of detail. The first time, I didn’t bother mentioning that they’d missed some trim on the bumper. Thought we’d give them a try again everyone has their off days. On this second visit, it was mentioned that they missed that spot last time, only to find that they’d done it again after being told… The 4 photos are from 2 separate visits. My first booking went a lot better. Almost perfect. This last visit, a couple of areas were missed or very poorly cleaned. I didn't have time to mention, but will offer constructive criticism, if the situation presents itself again. Im sure it was a one off.

Vacuuming was done well but the consoles and dash weren't cleaned as expected according to the package I had purchased. Requested one of the staff to complete the job after checking my car but he only cleaned the middle console. I had to clean my car myself when I reached home. $100 for that standard of cleaning was not worth it. Would not go back to Greenland branch in future. Hoping their Takapuna branch would reopen with the same team. They were better cleaners for sure. Never had any issue. All the best.

Banging on 2 hours to clean a car. Other cars been pushed through ahead even though arrived after… Maybe because it was a Bentley. Half decent coffee tho I just edited due to the quality of the clean. Was pretty impressed but owner is blatantly lying about leaving at 1.29.. have texts I sent while still on premises at 1.58..Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I made the bad mistake of going to this place last Saturday morning. Only thing going for it is the staff are friendly and welcoming petty they are not trained properly. After the cleaning I got back to my car and found green mold on all the windows rubbers. Talked to the supervisor is replied " yep we saw that, we gave it a water blast but it did come off. I then showed him our to remove it 5 min latter problem fixed. I didn't really inspect the car properly until I got home I then had a closer look surface had been wiped but not clean properly. The vacuum was OK but there was still alot of dust in the car and pet hair which I had paid to remove. I was going to chalk it to bad experiences until found the plastic moulding on side of driver seat had been broken. There is no way your staff member did not know he had broken it as as the broken piece of plastic was put back on the rail. No mention or apology of this at collection. i paid for black service with a lots extras. Now I know what you my extras broken parts and do the job yourself. Went to Carfe for the first time today. I was made very welcome and enjoyed watching them treat my car while doing emails. The $110 Silver Service was a huge disappointment. The photos speak for themselves- some panels were not washed at all, a number of inside areas not vacuumed, parts that were washed had dirty streaks on them, bird poop not washed out and it was not so dried in, because I later washed it off myself with a water wipe. I used to come here regularly, but it is time to look for better alternatives. And to respond to the business owner, no, the vehicle was not covered in spores. The dirt on the outside panels is sand. Wiped easily by hand, or a plain damp cloth as I had to do after leaving the service.

Booking system is awesome! Guaranteed a spot and no long wait times. They provide free coffee and wifi with a nice clean and warm place to relax while they work. Highly recommend!
