Cambridge Scottish Country Dancing Society is a fun and friendly place to spend an evening for people of all ages, whether it is to socialise and meet new people or to try something new and take up a new hobby.
We have a whole range of abilites from our newer dancers who started with our beginner courses this year to those who have been dancing for many years and help guide our beginners with their expertise, alongside our two wonderful tutors Antanas and Helen.
For dancers new to Scottish Dancing we hold regular 8 week courses as an introduction to dancing where we will teach you the basics to get you fully invovled in the club.
We also hold JAM sessions (for children between 9-14) before club nights on Wednesdays 6-7pm.
The last Wednesday of every month we hold a "Tartan Night" where we all wear something tartan and bring a plate for supper and tea and coffee after the dancing is over so we can all have a general chat and catch up.
