If you've got this far and read the reviews before ordering, stop here and do what we didn't - don't order from here. Service, food, everything- 1/5. Its not a zero, because the food did arrive eventually 2 hours late and with abuse from their staff. Part of me wishes it never came.... My £2.49 side salad was 6, yes 6, small and soggy pieces of lettuce. My baked potato was old, cold and not eaten either. Don't bother.

Not even worth 1 star!!! JOKE waited over 2 hours for my order, over priced not even nice I am fuming 4 jaffa cakes for £2.69 4 absolutely JOKE £2.49 for the chocolate bar and the cakes and cookie dough are not the greatest either and a glass bottle of diet coke, first and last time I will ever order, I rang the restaurant at 23:25 and the staff member said the driver is not to far away now about 15/20 mins down the road they then arrived at 00:15 never again!!!!

I have ordered a Crepe from Cake Away, they charged me £8.99 for a mini crepe and £1.00 for a drop of Nutella, £1.00 for strawberries and £1.00 for custard. I have attached photos of the order and the receipt. This is a rip off. And I was waiting for more than an hour for the order

Absolutely AWFUL service from the restaurant, the girl on the phone kept saying the same LIES… saying “the driver is five minutes or stuck in traffic?.” No traffic as we drove to the restaurant and back the same time it SHOULD get there and back. We had no problem??? The edible rose I can literally get for a £1 from the corner shop not even worth £6!!! Waffle came SOLID, pancakes came soft but not the good type of soft… like dry. The only good thing was the sushi candy but definitely not worth £13!!! Sad to leave this review as it looked really decent, but now this place has taught me to ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM A RESTAURANT. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT OR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

The food took nearly 3 hours to arrive. I spent nearly £50.00 and this is what arrived. Stale bread and lettuce, small dessert portions. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not bother.

Absolutely disgusting service, first of all we waited 10 minutes to be served when there was no other customers in the place, then received vile customer service from the woman who eventually served us, with her ignorant and rude personality. For us to then order our food from the menu, to then be told that’s not the menu anymore and they “don’t have one”…. to then finding out how ridiculously overpriced the total amount was, nor to mention i was charged for an item i didn’t even ask for, in my opinion the food is not worth the money at all. I absolutely do not recommend this dessert place at all it’s awful, how they are still open and getting custom, from the experience i received is beyond me

Unfortunately I would give this place a zero rating if I could. Our order took over an hour and half to come despite the lady on the phone stating it would take 30 minutes. When we called up to chase the order, she said the driver is outside our house and would hang up the phone abruptly. The driver was not outside our house and turned up 45 minutes later. When the driver finally arrived, I asked him when he left, and he said he left 5 minutes ago. On top of the awful service, the cakes and desserts we ordered tasted terrible and it was overpriced. £30 for 3 items that tasted awful. Wouldn’t recommend and think they should sort out their service ASAP. Surprised they have lasted this long to be honest.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received. Place my order at 19:15 for my order to be here between 19:55-20:15 baring in mind their delivery times are 15-30 minutes so should have been here before 19:45. I rang up at 20:20 to be told the driver was near the Etihad. The Etihad is 10 minutes away from my house. 25 minutes and it still hadn’t arrived. Rang up again and the lady said there must be an issue and she’ll contact the driver and get back to me. Didn’t receive any phone call. At 21:15 my ordered arrived by a driver with huge attitude. Asked why it took so long and he said ‘dunno only just picked it up from the shop’ and walked off. So the lady lied to me on the phone. Disgusting service from start to finish. Extremely overpriced and hardly anything to my order! Will never order from here again!!!

I am editing my long ranting review, just as I posted I received my food. What I will say is this place really let’s itself down. The cornflake tart and strawberry cheesecake we got tonight are lovely. The time it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to come and the attitude of the staff just let this place down massively. Such a shame.

The worst place I have ever ordered from, took 3 hrs for the order to arrive and they would keep on hanging up my calls as they were too afraid to admit the, what I believe to be, purposeful delay and absolute disgusting customer service. No decency or respect for their customers. They work on their own accord and on their own time and lack any sense of consideration towards their customers. Don’t make the same mistake as I did. Complete rip off
