Cafe Euro

Lovely big cafe with easy parking, & plenty of tables and space. Nice and cool on a hot summers day with big windows to see out. Great coffee and service too. The big negative is there is not much cabinet food left at lunchtime have struck this several times over recent months.

Had my last soup today and will not have again ... diluted with lots of cream lsst few times and very poor. Used to be pretty good which is a pity. Overall air of neglect ... needs an injection of cash to refresh and repair ... and spring clean. This is a management issue, not regular staff who are pleasant.

I was happy there was toys for my children to play with but the brownie I had tasted like it was a few days old. I also asked to have it heated and he brought it back still cold. Fuffys were ok a bit over priced for the size

Bloody redicilous. We ordered 2 omlets at 11am sharp. At 11:45 they brought only one. Till 12pm, the second omlet did not arrive. We left without eating! Was so angry! How long it takes to cook an omelet people!!! Never back again and won't recommend to a friend.

Summary: reasonably Friendly staff with terrible overpriced food and average coffee! So... We stopped in here in between open homes and ordered a couple of Mochachinos, a super breakfast, Nachos and fries... The Nachos came out on a scalding hot plate but somehow, the mince was cold!?!?! Told them this and got no offer of a refund or anything. Its like they put the nacho chips in the oven to melt the cheese then dumped cold mince on top. Fries were similar, some were hot but a majority were cold and they were dry ASF, it's almost as if they had been sitting in a bainmarie out back all day then put on the plate and served. The mochas were very average to a point we didn't even finish them. Definitely not a recommended place.

Visited this well sited cafe today and felt the owners really did not understand the commission of service, atmosphere and comfort for the local population which I understand tend to avoid this cafe.'Terrible service,awful food'..The food was OK and the coffee was pretty good. So. How to add zing! 1. Employ the right people, family members are likely under duress and not necessarily the right fit I know it was a hot day, your feet were aching and you were tired. Lowering the blinds would help cool the cafe..Practise a warm friendly smile in the mirror you will feel better because your customers will love you giving them a lift. I do not care where you come from we all understand friendly smiles. 2. Understand how to present food attractively. Dumping a knife and fork on a cake plate and not offering yoghurt or whipped cream, not offering a paper napkin folded under the small dish of excellent yoghurt is just churlish and or uninformed.Small things. 3.Please offer a small cake fork for a cake slice and include a folded paper napkin on the plate either under the fork or yoghurt dish. 4. Using a noisy pan and broom ,cleaning near customer's table an hour and a half before closure time is rude and shows a fine disdain for their comfort.Which possibly you meant. Pity, you may just go broke because these simple but effective courtesies allow the world to run smoothly and this is a fine country to call home.

we went for lunch 10feb , discusting. 12.00 noon NO Sandwiches and wouldn't make any. NO CHOICE spinach and feta quiche , microwaved to heat and NO FETA. Ham and cheese crouisant squashed in toastie machine. DISCUSTING .....no sandwiches because the "SOLD" them, all in the morning . We asked twice for sandwiches and they wouldnt make them. Only bonus was the drinks were hot. NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN , live very local and will tell everyone. Very poor way to run a business They were busy unbelievable, the service was crap. Very Nice cafe inside avonhead mall...will go there everytime we need lunch

Ordered a smoothie but tasted like yoghurt in a glass and they didn’t even offer to change it after I complained. Also the foods and drink are way too overpriced. Will never come back again!

Fantastic food and coffee and the staff are super friendly and very helpful. I come here every Friday for breakfast and they never disappoint me.

We were part of a group of 9 booked for Breakfast on Sunday 2 June. We arrived on a cold, wet morning to find the cafe was closed for renovations. No prior advice was given to us. Disgusted with this nonservice, we all went elsewhere and will probably do so in future. .
