Dined here on 30th December 2021. The waiting staff were prompt and very friendly. We both ordered the salmon which was overcooked. Addressed this with the waiting staff who gave the option of only paying for one of the mains and to receive complimentary desserts. This didn't make sense as both meals were overcooked. Opted for replacement meals, which were cooked much better. Great views overlooking the ocean. It was a bit off putting listening to the kids downstairs screaming their heads off. I understand that the hospitality industry has taken a hit, but I think that if you're going to charge 5-star prices, the entire dining experience from the food to the atmosphere should be 5-star.
Absolutely fantastic service! Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I ordered a Blue Scotch and it was perfect. Not many chiefs can provide a quality cut and know how to cook it right. Definitely coming back here. Julie; the manager was great - keep her on, she knows hospitality. She’s worth her wight in gold.
Best food I've had in a while - seriously top-level chef + service was great from Julie.
