Average. I had not eaten here before but as others had said it was good I gave it a try. Made an online order and paid for it so I was able to just pick up and head home to eat. I had booked for nearly 30 minutes ahead of my pick up time and when I arrived it was still another 15 minutes before it was ready, went home to eat and tbh my partner and I weren't overly impressed, especially for how much you pay. You can get better burgers for less $$ at a local fish n chip shop! I may give a second chance but wouldn't be in a hurry to!
Ordered in store and wait time was over 30 minutes for a burger and thick shake. There were at least 6 staff but the burgers that were made were left there for 5 minutes or more until someone went to grab them to put them in bags. Mine was cold and below average. The girl making my shake was in no hurry and chatting away to another staff when there was a big line to order. Won’t go again.
On our latest visit we ordered a kids burger for our toddler, two American muscles and fries. The wait was longer than 30 minutes for a store that was relatively quiet, the fries were stale and cold, the kids burger was so burned and dry it ended up in the bin. Won’t be returning!
Food is amazing. Service was very attentive and I liked. I saw a huge line and I knew it is a good place. Real flavourful burgers .nThe place can get a bit cold. Generally speaking is a great restaurant
