We haven't ever had an issue here. Sometimes it gets a little slower at peak times but if you order in the app or online before you go they are pretty on time. It's not the best place to sit being right on a busy road but there is parking in front and behind it for easy as pick up.
I went to burger fuel last night 12 December. I ordered some food but there was a delay, it wasn’t to long to wait and it was ok. but one guy who worked there started berating the employees and talking aggressively near the counter towards another employee. Not really great to eat a burger while listening to scolding, if I wanted that I’d eat at home with my wife.
NZ original gourmet burger: this slogan describes well this food chain. Burgers are delicious, well prepared and seasoned. The store was clean and in decent conditions. Staff courteous and fast. Great mandatory pitstop for a hunger soul.
I had at burger fuel five cross the other day ,it was delicious food, the service was fabulous. They have options of GF. I would love to go back there for lunch again.
