Went in store to place an order and they gave it to someone else. So they made our order again... But forgot to cook the fries so our burgers got cold while the fries were cooking... Ended up with hot chips and cold burgers and our cheese dipping sauce wasn't even half full.nIt looked like a bunch of amateurs. Also I didn't see a single glove being used so I hope they weren't picking their nose before I arrived

NZ original gourmet burger: this slogan describes well this food chain. Burgers are delicious, well prepared and seasoned. The store was clean and in decent conditions. Staff courteous and fast. Great mandatory pitstop for a hunger soul.
