I e o ly walked in here 3 times and its been emaculant. But most other times there's usually a few tables that havnt been cleared the floor is not swept. It's not very packed out either so it's a solid 4.5 for me. I travel to Hillcrest every second weekend to pick up my son and BK Hillcrest is our meeting point. I love it's upgraded eating lounge and there self service. I'll review again in 5months. I'm sure it will get better.
The most shocking service I've ever received. I had placed an Uber Eats order at 11:35PM on the 24th of June lastnight & somehow the workers on this shift had completely missed four items I had ordered. Burgers cold, fries & onion rings completely soggy but worst of all, four burgers were not in the delivery I had paid for.nnWorst service ever.
I've never had a bad experience, but that doesn't mean others have. Always hot chips and never over salted. Burgers are always tasty. Drive through though? Yikes its a nightmare sometimes.
I was having a nice stroll on a Sunday afternoon when suddenly, I felt a bit peckish, and spotted a Burger King out of the corner of my eye. I walked over and entered the establishment, sat down and ordered my food and waited patiently for it to arrive. Then it did and looked over at my slushy and saw that it was TOO WET, I was utterly and profoundly flabbergasted. this is a joke pls dont sue me
