I required a special order from a Bunnings supplier and had the good fortune to be assisted by Fia who placed my order, arranged courier and finalised my payment quick smart. Excellent service thank you.
Was there yesterday on a Saturday afternoon. The store is busy with customers but felt very clustered inside and hard to get through. Minimal service with self checkout and not many staff around to answer your questions. Looked like they have 1 staff for each department, including popular ones such as bathroom, painting. I was there around 4pm Saturday afternoon. Couldn't find a staff who was free to assist me. Gave up waiting after 10mins. This was with me proactively walking around looking for someone, anyone to ask questions. A bit disappointed . Not a good customer experiences and no where near those Bunnings TV ads.
Visit Bunnings occasionally and find the staff really helpful. Directions to aisles where the product I need are clear. Great to have the small cafe by the Garden Centre is great to recharge after cruising the Garden Centre. Have bought some great bargains at the end of a season when they're clearing out plants.
Got to say blown away by the customer service from Zac who called me to discuss a product not being as specified on the website... bent over backwards to sort the problem out. Mistakes happen but the sign of a good business is one that fronts up and goes the extra mile to make it right. Really impressed and really appreciative.
If you want to be profiled and experience racism go to this store. They know it in advance if you are or aren't buying a product. They think people go there to stroll around as if it's a park. You send an email to customer support, and you won't even get an acknowledgment. I've spent thousands of dollars here, but I go to Miter10 now.
Zac gave me very good customer service, calling another store to ensure the product which I wanted was available as it was saying on the computer, luckily for me that he offered that as it was not there. Thanks Zac
