Brothers Juke Joint BBQ’s menu features authentic meats served naked, or with slaw and pickle in a sandwich. Beef brisket is cooked for 14 hours. Pastrami is served hot and thickly-sliced. Pork ribs are served Memphis-style – sticky and to be chewed on whilst smoked sausages are house-made. Choose from eight sauces such as Kimchi BBQ, Chipotle Mayo, Thick n Fruity and Espresso BBQ sauce. Then theres the sides: burnt end beans (smoky and rich baked beans spiked with the tender ends of brisket), collard greens with smoked ham hock and smoked vegetarian skewers with eggplant sauce.
