I want you to know the staff are very helpful especially the owner.nnTwo in at a time at the pharmacy good idea.nnNo one's prescriptions get mixed up.nnEveryone gets same treatment.
DO NOT TRUST TO FILL SCRIPTS AND ORDERS CORRETLY!!!!!!nnMy Pregnant partners Midwife had sent 3 scripts to this pharmacy as it is the closest to us and when my partner entered and ask for them, an employee said there was only one script sent when in fact all 3 scripts had been sent from the midwife multiple days prior to when we went. Not impressed especially since my partner is diabetic and High-risk pregnancy…nnOne other instance around November 2024 My partner had been given a medication by Dr ASHEER SINGH which wasn’t in the script that the doctors had sent, completely wrong medication and doses for my partner which could’ve resulted in serious health complications. When confronted from me and my partner we were told from the pharmacist “Please get rid of those meds, destroy them, you shouldn’t have been taking them!”
Do not trust these guys to fulfill your prescription .....the product my doctor ordered was NOT what I got ....it was a cheap kick back ineffective product and also was past its expiry date ....the only reason I went there was to give them a chance and also was convienant to me ....but clearly money is more important to them than the customers needs ... ripping brockville people off for there gain is not community spirited.....and also preying on the vulnerable who have to go there because of needs and not choice...I'm lucky I have the choice to not go there and I never will step foot in there again...nnsome people they can't afford to get prescription elsewhere as they may have transport issues or health issues that prevent
Amazing. The customer service is incredible and they go out of their way to help people on need.
Great community pharmacy. Staff genuinely care for customers and their needs. Go above and beyond to help you compared to other pharmacies.
