Friendly and accomodating staff, average wait time for food waited 20-25 minutes for steak, food and mocktails were very yummy! We got the medium rare steak and it was cooked to perfection, veggies on the side were seasoned perfectly! Top 3 in Welly we’ve tried so far. My only comment would be that the gravy was runnier than expected, but other than that would 100% come back.

recently took my daughter to hardware bar and restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff was super friendly and quick to serve, very professional. The flavours were sensational, and left with excitement to come back & try more on the menu. what agreat team. Parking: loads of parking

Back in June last year, i started to plan my Fathers unveiling WHICH was held her on the 16th of December 2023. I did an initial review and i have no idea what happen to it so i had to make sure i was able to lock in that review again and again until it was finally published..... The place was so accomadating, helpful and professional. The build up to the event and the communication between myself and the Restaurant Manager - Mohammid was so clear, professional and also still felt very personable. Thank you for going over and beyond to ensure my Family and i got exactly what we wanted and more out of hosting an occasion such as a unveiling at your establishment. The food was beyond perfect. Delish and a massive variety to cater to just under 130 People. I was worried i hadnt ordered enough but the food started flowing out from 5pm and kept going till about 8pm. We had to take boxes of it home which was not wasted. I also managed to put on a Bar Tab of about $1500 which went towards immediate family and also subsidised drinks for others. This lasted from 5pm till 9pm which was incredible considering we had the entire venue from this time. After this we managed to kick on the other side of this venue with some Karaoke and sing the night away. I really cannot thank the staff enough for their attentiveness, kindness and service during this. It was incredible - So much so - My family have rebooked it for another unveiling in December this year. I will see you then for another night of incredible food, drinks and outstanding service. This was hands down, the best dining experience I’ve ever had, surpassing The Hippopotamus restaurant in Wellington and The Old Quarter our usual special occasion favourites!!! We had walked in with average expectations, but we didn’t want to drive out of the valley for a meal. We called to book a table and we were fortunate that they were able to accomodate us on the spot. The staff were friendly and welcoming!!! When we ordered drinks we also requested a glass of coke to arrive at the same time as our main, so often when we do this it’s forgotten and we have to follow up, not this time Entree arrived promptly and set us with excitement for dinner. Myself and my husband ordered a beef Wellington special which was exquisite in presentation and taste!! The chocolate bomb dessert followed and each spoonful was a delight!! Amazing meals from high quality chefs, we are fortunate to have them in our Valley, but also the wait staff were so friendly. I can’t fault this experience at all. 10/10 is an understatement

Had dinner here last night and the service was awesome the guy kept checking we were alright and the food was yummy just the sauce on ribs was a bit sweet but overall food was awesome, service was on and atmosphere was good. Thank you for an awesome dinner night will be going back and recommending you to others.Food: 5/5

Can't fault it, first time I've eaten in Stokes Valley glad I made the effort. Heaps of parking out front. Front door should be able to be accessed by a wheelchair. Walked in warmly greeted by positive staff. Fast service food was out in no time. Was there to try burger offering for WOAP "The Porky-Pine" burger, amazing burger mixture of flavours, can get a little messy but it's so good its ooozing flavour, the Taro and Kumara chips are an interesting step up on regular chips. So far it's the best burger I've had for this years WOAP. I would recommend it and I will be back again. Plenty of seating options both indoor and outdoor. Photos show they steak days, roast days, live music Fridays etc.
