great staff, great surgeons, great anethesia techs. not a single bad experience while having my operation here even the food was great.
I had a operation at Boulcott Hospital last Friday which went very well.nLike to thank the excellent nursing staff who looked after me and my brilliant surgeon.nThanks to the excellent care I was able to be discharged one day earlier than expected.
I stayed at Boulcott this week and felt so blessed by the care I received, I almost didn't want leave!! Every single member of staff was so beautiful and attentive. Patient, highly professional and overall made me feel like all my cares in the world were relieved. I couldn't recommend more. My check in nurse and afternoon/night nurse made me so comfortable and content and Kevin and Charles were stellar of course! Thank you to each and every one of you and those behind the scenes too. You're all amazing
This review is not about the fantastic doctors that I seen, Mr withers and Doug were very lovely. The forefront staff at reception were nice except 1 staff member named Sue, I found her rude, because of an appointment mix up she made me feel I was to blame and phoned another receptionist while I was there and said she can’t be bothered dealing with it, her annoyance from this flowed on to me. I waited to be seen an can appreciate everyone is busy, after my appointment I was advised to go to reception to have another appointment made, as I got there Sue abruptly said “I’m making one” nothing else, that was it, so I walked off feeling like I was a big hindrance.nBeing the front face of a reputable hospital you would expect a standard of professionalism. You don’t know what goes on in a persons daily life, for future snarky comments it’s best to keep them to yourself instead of letting them overflow out to patients.nSue being the front face photo on the hospital website I would have expected better from her, maybe you were just having a bad day?
The nurses were so warm and full of positive energy, I enjoyed their company and conversations. Food at Boulcott hospital was delish and catered to special dietary requirements, whilst still keeping it fresh & gourmet. I was comfortable, happy & we'll looked after.
